Hmmm. I saw last night's ep. Was it just me, or was it a tad boring? I don't think I smiled once until near the end when Seth and Ryan both decided to go back to Newport.
Theresa is 'blah' now to me. And....did anyone else notice that when Kirsten called to get a hold of Seth, the number on the paper was Carson's (Luke's dad) and then Luke ended up answering? I thought it wouldda made more sense that Carson wouldda answered....*shrugs* Well at least Luke appeared in the ep....so that was good. Marisa's psycho. And I got the feeling that Julie and Jimmy were actually getting along. ACTUALLY.
Anywhoo....the actor who plays Carson was 'Frank' in the movie "Short Circuit"....THAT's where he was from....I thought he looked familiar.

I thought it was okay. The main purpose of the episode was to set up the new season, and I thought they handled it well. I felt bad for Theresa after the episode. She realized Ryan didn't want to be there, so she did the noble thing, and gave him an out. It was supposedly Navi Rawat's last appearance in the role, though I could see them revisiting the storyline again down the road. It was nice to see Luke again. It was nice to see Seth start going back to being himself at the end of the episode. I'm looking forward to next week. The previews look very interesting. Jimmy proposes to Hailey. Ryan and Seth run into Marissa and Summer at school. Ryan kisses Marissa, but she's staring at the gardener the entire time. Julie tells Sandy that if Caleb goes down, so will Kirsten.

Well I must agree, next week's ep looks a tad more promising!
I don't know if it's just me, but does anyone else sense the conflict in the Julie-Caleb-Jimmy-Hailey circle....?
Jimmy may propose to Hailey....but she's a major role on North Shore....so I sense the possibility of a Julie-Jimmy get-back-together thing! Especially after Marisa's little temper tantrum....that may have woken Julie up....or I sure hope so, cuz I'd love to be able to change my opinion of Julie being the big bitch on the show, lmao.

I was just reading this little news item on-line. Kim Delaney, formerly of NYPD Blue, has signed on to do at least five guest appearances on the O.C. as a former girlfriend of Sandy's that comes back to stir things up.

Just got done watchin tonights new ep.
Much better than last week's....and I just can't wait for next week's new ep....the coming attractions were sweet!
Hailey=  Damn, is she fine or what....Jimmy's a lucky man!
DJ=  Hope he gets written off soon....almost as bad as Oliver

Hailey is definitely a hottie. This week everything seemed back to normal. I enjoyed everything except for the Marissa-D.J. bit. That just made me want to hurl.

Yeah Zack is definitely a Luke-clone in my opinion....good in some ways, then the other half you just hate....50/50 for me.
I'm glad to see Hailey cleaning up her act....a year ago, she was a stripper....now that she's gettin her life on track, you can really see her inner (and outer-DAMN) beauty.
She should jump ship offa North Shore and stick to the O.C.
