I am so sick and tired of having established posters attacking the new people that come to this board. New people are new, that is, they don't know the formalities or procedures of the board. Multiple posts are normal and expected across the entire posting universe. It happens.
I don't need anyone here belitting, attacking, or otherwise flaming new posters for their attempts to become part of this community. It will no longer be tolerated.
You can do one of four things:
1. You can politely direct the person to the appropriate thread. Afterall, you apparently know what's going on if you can attck someone for doing something you consider to be wrong.
2. You can politely e-mail them and notify them of the mistake so they can edit or delete their post
3. You can shut up.
4. Or you can continue, and get banned.
This is a note for the new posters. I sincerely apologize for the aggressive behavior of some of the posters on this board. It does not reflect my, or the majority of other posters', attitudes regarding the benefical nature of new posters and the contributions they seek to make.
If you are personally the recipient of such an attack, or you see a thread in which it is occurring, please make use of the NOTIFY MODERATOR icon listed in the "Post Extras" section appended at the bottom of every single post.
Everyone's on notice. I don't have the time or effort to babysit.

Haven't been around much lately, but am back now and have to say that flamming of other members isn't something i personally do.

Yeah, seriously....some people have issues- I know I do. 
Im pretty certain most people here arent that immature- or that idiotic to continue pulling this crap with newbies.
They're welcomed here- ALWAYS.
