Veronica Mars is still airing. It is about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way through the third season. There has been no reference to Kendall since this first episode of the season. It appears that she is dead and Charisma will have to find other roles.

Charisma not appearing anywhere is why it is so dead here. If she gets another recurring role, in a quality TV show like Buffy, Angel, or Veronica Mars, things will pick up again. I'm sure she's happy spending more time with her son, but I'd be happier if he was a little more neglected
