Man, this place really is dead. Charisma appears in the latest Veronica Mars and nobody has a thing to say about it.

There was a fair amount of backstory filled in on Kendall's past. The answer to "what was in the box?" turned out to be huge wads of cash. I was hoping for a box of furry handcuffs, but I guess cash is OK

. Keith stood up Veronica, to help Kendall hide from someone who wanted to kill her, in exchange for a chunk of the cash. Part of that cash was used to buy Veronica a new car, so it was a LOT of cash.

OK, her actual scenes last a total of 25 seconds, and she's only visble for 15 of those, but there was the big shocker:

Her character Kendall was apparently killed. I say apparently because they don't show the body and she was shot by her boyfriend. I think it might be a cover for a larger scam. I hope she isn't dead because, unlike Buffy and Angel, dead means she will never appear again.
